I’ve read this book 3 times in 3 different years, and each time I get something new out of it. This book always leaves me thinking.
4) If Disney Ran Your Hospital - Fred Lee
My favorite chapter in this book was Chapter 6 - Change the Concept of Work from Service to Theater, as it really resonated with me and my background in theatre production.
5) How to Win Friends & Influence People - Dale Carnegie
This book was extremely helpful in learning those soft skills with an emphasis on the customer experience. My next read is dale carnage’s second edition on entering the digital age.
